Berwick Partners is a specialist recruiter for senior management and leadership roles. The company works with private sector clients from multinationals to start-ups alongside the public and not for profit sectors. Clients are served by a wide selection of sector and function specialists with offices across the UK.
As an established company with a wide customer base a number of targeted client communications had been created. Into the White were appointed to examine existing brand assets and unify all core brand communications. The creation of detailed brand standards documentation and the development of a consistent image library was required, along with updates to report templates and marketing materials.
After initially creating a new group functions brochure for the company it became apparent that many of the existing brand assets had limitations or had been used inconsistently across the growing number of marketing materials. After an extensive review of all client facing communications we created a definitive set of brand assets and formal brand guidelines covering both print and screen usage.
A photographic image library of over 70 targeted sector images was developed along with refinements to the existing illustrative assets. This was followed by a series of professional looking Microsoft Office template files utilising standardised design elements, imagery, colours and typography to enable consistency in design with little user effort.
Additional files were created for a range of client communications including email newsletters, practice sheet overviews, pull up banners and events literature.
